(1) Civil Misc. ( Delay Condonation ) Application No. 2183 of 1991( dated 30.4.1991).

(2) Civil Misc. ( Substitution )Application No. 2184 of 1991( dated 30.4.1991).

It appears that an Impleadment Application being Civil Misc. Application No. 1603 of 1987 ( dated 3.3.1987)  was filed on behalf of the plaintiff-appellant, interalia, praying for impleadment of Mohd Ashfaq Ahmad as the respondent no. 19.

It further appears that during the pendency of the said Impleadment Application, the said Mohd Ashfaq Ahmad sought to be impleaded as the respondent no. 19, died , thereupon, the aforementioned Delay Condonation Application ,shown at serial no. 1 above, and the aforementioned Substitution Application, shown at serial no. 2 above, were filed.

Issue notice on the aforementioned Delay Condonation Application, shown at serial no. 1 above, and the aforementioned Substitution Application, shown at serial no. 2 above.

Notice will be issued to the proposed heirs and legal representatives of the said Mohd Ashfaq Ahmad , as mentioned in the aforementioned Substitution Application, shown at serial no. 2 above.

Notice will be sent by Registered Post A.D.,fixing 17.7.2007.

Requisite steps will be taken within six weeks, failing which the case will be listed under Chapter XII, Rule 4 of the Rules of the Court immediately on the expiry of the said period.
