HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 10454 of 2002

Hon'ble Yatindra Singh, J.

Hon'ble Ran Vijai Singh, J.

1. This is a writ petition for a direction to respondents to release the amount settled between the parties.

2. We have heard counsel for the petitioner. There is nothing to show that the respondent is 'State' or there is any statutory violation. In view of this the writ petition is not maintainable. It is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to claim the money before the appropriate forum. With these observations the writ petition is dismissed.
