Heard learned counsel for the petitioner  and the learned A.G.A.

This is a writ petition for a direction to the respondents to produce  the petitioner before the Court.

In this case counter affidavit has been filed in which it is stated that  F.I.R. was lodged against the petitioner on 25.9.2006 on the basis of which  case crime no.670 of 2006 P.S. Gaura Badhshahpur district Jaunpur was registered. Thereafter  the petitioner was  also produced before the Magistrate and remanded has been granted on 26.9.2006.

In view of this there is no necessity to issue any direction to the respondents. However, it may be open to the petitioner to seek such remedies as are available to him under the law.

With these observations the writ petition is dismissed.
