Heard Sri Ajai Kumar Misra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Sanjeev Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 and Sri S.B.Singh holding brief of Sri Rajeev Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent no. 5.
Incase the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with the respondent no. 1 within a month and goes on depositing the balance amount in bimonthly instalments of Rs. 1,00,000/- each till the entire amount is deposited, no coercive step shall be taken against him.
It is further provided that if the petitioner makes a representation within 3 weeks to the respondent no. 5 with regard to the adjustment of the margin money in view of the Scheme annexed as Annexure 1 to the writ petition, the same shall be decided within 3 weeks thereafter in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order.
Incase of any default on the part of the petitioner this order shall stand automatically discharged.
With these directions the writ petition is disposed of.
