Heard the counsel for the petitioner Sri Ramesh Chandra and counsel for the respondent Sri J.N.Verma.

This writ petition was filed for stay of recovery of Rs.32,399.71p in the year 1991. The arrest of the petitioner was stayed by this Court on 6.5.1992.  No order staying the recovery was passed. It may safely be inferred that the amount has been recovered from the petitioner.  The writ petition appears to be infructuous and is dismissed as such.

No order as to costs.
