This is a writ petition against  F.I.R. in  case crime no. 1659 of 2006 under sections 498-A, 504, 506, 326 I.P.C. and ¾, Dowry Prohibition Act  police station Civil Lines district Moradabad.

In this case counter affidavit has been filed indicating therein that charge sheet has been filed.

In view of this,  the writ petition has become infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed.
