Sri O.P. Shukla learned counsel for the respondents-landlady has filed his Vakalatnama and at the very outset prayed for and is allowed one weeks' time to file a counter affidavit. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed two weeks' time thereafter to file a rejoinder affidavit. List this case for admission after expiry of the aforesaid period. It is made clear that the writ petition shall be decided finally at the admission stage.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has undertaken to serve a copy of the writ petition upon the learned counsel for the respondents today in the Court itself.
Till further orders of this Court the effect and operation of the order dated 5.4.2007 (Annexure-1 to the writ petition) passed by the Additional District Judge, Court No.14, Varanasi in P.A. Appeal No.182 of 2004 Smt. Chandra Mukhi Chaube and another Vs. Laxmi Narain Agrawal, shall remain stayed.
