This is a writ petition against  F.I.R. dated 2.9.2004  in  case crime no. 47 of 2004 under section 363/366 I.P.C.  police station Arwa Bithana  district Auraiya.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A. for the State.

The counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 has married with the daughter of respondent no.3 and  they are living together. F.I.R. has been lodged in the matter.  This will will be looked into during investigation or before the court concerned. We see no justification to interfere.

With these observations, the writ petition is dismissed .
