Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri M. S. Srivastava appearing for the respondent no. 2.
By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the entire post retiral benefits along with interest. Petitioner's case in the writ petition is that the petitioner retired on 31.12.2006 but his retiral benefits has not yet been paid. Petitioner's case is that the marriage of the petitioner's daughter is going to solemnise on 15.5.2007 hence he is in need of the amount. The petitioner has already submitted representation dated 20.3.2007 to the Nagar Ayukta copy of which has been filed as Annexure-3 to the writ petition. Ends of justice be served in disposing of the writ petition and directing the respondents to consider and take decision on the said representation expeditiously preferably within a period of one months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order .
With the above observations the writ petition is disposed of.
