This writ petition has been filed raising the grievance that the petitioner filed suit in the year 1994, which is not yet been disposed of inspite of the fact that the Court of Civil Procedure has been amended substantially in the year 2002.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of the writ petition requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Meerut to conclude the trial of Original Suit No.643 of 1994 by all means within nine months  from the date of filing of the certified copy of this order before him. Unless there is some restrain order by the superior Court to proceed with the trial.
