This is one of the most scandalous writ petition filed in a Court of law. Petitioners claimed that they got married by their free will because of love and affection without any force or coercion. They apprehend that they will be arrested because of their marriage by the family members or relations of the petitioner no.2. None of those family members or relations  of the petitioner no.2 are necessary party before this Court. The matter suffers from non-joinder of party by application of principle enshrined under the proviso of Order 1 Rule 9, the petition cannot be entertained.

It is accordingly, dismissed for non-joinder of necessary party.
