This writ petition has been filed raising the grievance that the licence of the petitioner for fair price shop has been cancelled. Being aggrieved petitioner filed appeal before the appellate authority. The appeal is not taken up due to paucity of time and the appeal as well as application for interim relief are still pending consideration.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and Learned Standing Counsel we dispose of the writ petition requesting the learned appellate authority to decide the appeal of the petitioner at the earliest, if not possible due to paucity of time or for any other reason, application for interim relief may be considered at the earliest.
