This writ petition has been filed with large number of grievances and seeking several reliefs. However, at the time of making the submissions by the learned counsel for the petitioner has restricted his case to the extent that detailed comprehensive representation dated 15th March, 2007, Anexure-6 to the writ petition has been filed before respondent no.3 and the respondent no.3 may be asked to decide the case.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.A. Siddiqui, for respondent nos.3 and 4, UP. Sunni Central Waqf Board, we dispose of the writ petition requesting the respondent no.3 to decide the said representation expeditiously, in accordance with law by speaking and reasoned order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondent Nos. 5, 6 and 7.
