Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chandrashekhar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent.
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 19.01.2007, by which the licence of the petitioner has been put under suspension without issuing any show cause notice. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already filed reply to the aforesaid order but the respondents have not passed any final order.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of the writ petition requesting the competent authority, respondent no.2, The Sub-Divisional Magistrate/ Sabhapati, Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti, Baheri, district Bareilly to pass appropriate order taking into account the reply filed by the petitioner and giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of the certified copy of the order.
