This writ petition has been filed raising the grievance that High Tension Wire is being taken over and above the houses of the petitioner. It is wholly illegal if the averments taken in the petition are factually correct. The controversy involved in the matter is factual and requires determination by the Competent Authority after having an instruction.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R. Saxena, learned counsel for the respondents, we dispose of the writ petition requesting the respondent no.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner after issuing direction to some authority to make local inspection of the site and submit the report. This exercise shall be completed within two weeks from the date of filing of certified copy of the order, which the petitioner may file within five days from today.
Till the appropriate order is passed by the respondent no.2, status quo as it exists today shall be maintained regarding the installation of High Tension Wire.
