HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Anjani Kumar, J.

Hon'ble Sudhir Agarwal, J.

This writ petition is on list since 16.4.2007 and there are three counsels appearing for the petitioner, who are sending illness slips one after another. By means of this writ petition, the order of suspension of the petitioner has been challenged. From the record, it appears that no interim order was granted. The writ petition is of the year 1984 and when the writ petition was filed in 1984, the petitioner who has sworn the affidavit was of 49 years of age. Therefore, in the meantime, the petitioner must have been superannuated. Thus, in our view, this writ petition has become infructuous.

It is, accordingly, dismissed as such.
