HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Ashok Bhushan, J.

Heard counsel for the petitioner.  The only prayer pressed in this writ petition  is that the appeal of the petitioner filed on 21.8.2006 against the order dated 6.2.2006 passed by the Superintendent of Police, Deoria,  has not yet been decided. The appeal of the  petitioner being statutory appeal under the U.P.
