Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

There is no source of information disclosed because of which suspicion may be caused on the accused named in the first information report. In addition to that, in the writ petition, the petitioner is naming two other accused but even in the writ petition, it has not been disclosed on what basis the petitioner suspects the involvement of these accused.

In these circumstances, it is not a fit case for interference.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
