Dharam Das v. Dy. Director Of Consolidation, Maharajganj Camp Mahoba & Ors - WRIT - B No. 20908 of 2007 RD-AH 7606 (25 April 2007)
Hon. Janardan Sahai,J
The dispute relates to allotment of chaks. The petitioner was aggrieved by the modification made in his chak at the Settlement Officer Consolidation's stage. He filed a revision. The revision has been dismissed. The demand of the petitioner was that his third chak on plots no. 1041, 1020 etc be abolished and instead he may be allotted a chak on plot no.494/3. The Dy. Director of Consolidation has considered the demand of the petitioner and found that the chak of the petitioner is of valuation of 81.73 Paisa and at that place the petitioner has got his original numbers 1010, 1011 and that the place where the petitioner wants his chak i.e. on plot no.494/3 he has only valuation of 29.40 Paisa. The Dy.Director of Consolidation has therefore refused to grant any relied to the petitioner. The order contains good reasons. No ground for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been made out. Dismissed.
