The counsel for the petitioners states that husband of respondent no. 4 is in jail and petitioners are sister, brother and sister-in-law of the husband.

Issue Notice.

Notice on behalf of respondents no. 1, 2,  and 3 has been accepted by the AGA. Issue notice to respondent no.4 by registered post.

List this petition for admission after service upon respondent no.4.

In the meantime, investigation may be continued but the petitioner will  not be arrested in case crime no. 71 of 2007 under sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, IPC and 3/4  Dowry Prohibition Act,  police station Shishamau, district Kanpur Nagar till the next date of listing or till submission of the police report under section 173(2) Cr.PC, whichever is earlier.
