       This writ petition arises out of chak allotment proceedings. The petitioners are the heirs of Gajuddin. The finding is that the biggest original number of Gajuddin was plot no. 403. Taking this into account the Deputy Director Consolidation has modified the chak and has taken out plot no. 449 from the petitioners chak and has alloted her a chak on plot nos. 403 and 404. The Deputy Director Consolidation has also found that plot no. 403 is near the abadi and the road as was plot no. 449. Good reasons, therefore, have been given by the Deputy Director Consolidation. Dismissed.
