Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.  Heard counsel for the petitioner.

By this writ petition  the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents no. 2 to 4 to produce selection/appointment letter issued in favour of the respondent no. 5 for Anganwari Karyakatri and quash the same.  Petitioner's grievance is that the respondent no. 5 was not eligible for appointment she being the resident of  another village.  Counsel for the submitted that a detailed representation was submitted by the petitioner to the District Magistrate bringing to his notice  the illegalities  committed in the selection but no action has yet been taken. Copy of the said representation dated  5.1.2007 has been filed as Annexure-5 to the writ petition addressed to the Collector.

In the facts of the present case ends of justice be served in disposing of the writ petition and directing the District Magistrate- respondent no. 2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the representation dated  5.1.2007 expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.   The District Magistrate before taking decision  also give hearing  tot he respondent no. 5 who has not been issued notice by this Court .

with the above observations the writ petition  is disposed of.
