This is a writ petition against notice dated 28.3.2007 under section 3 of the U.P. Control of Gundas Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. for the respondents.

Apart from the details of the case, the impugned notice sets out general nature of material allegations also in the Ist. para  at page 2. Thus, there is no illegality in the notice. The writ petition has no merit and it is  dismissed.

In case any objection is filed by the petitioner, it may be  decided expeditiously.
