Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
This petition has been filed raising the grievance that the petitioners income is below that of poverty line he has not been issued the Antyodaya Cards to which they are entitled.
Learned Standing Counsel has assured that the District Collector, Ghazipur shall get the matter investigated and shall pass an appropriate order.
In view of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel, we dispose of the Writ Petition requesting the District Collector, Ghazipur to consider the grievance of the petitioners after getting the matter examined by an officer not below the rank of Sub-Divisional Magistrate and pass an appropriate order expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing the certified copy of this order by the petitioners before him.
