Heard learned counsel for the appellant and the learned A.G.A. and perused the order of Sessions Judge and lower court's record.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that the case of the appellant is similar to that of other co-accused who have already been released on bail by this Court. This is not disputed by the learned A.G.A.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case appellant is admitted to bail.
Pending appeal, the appellant Raju Sharma alias Rajeev sharma convicted in S.T. No. 620 of 2003 shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and on furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
Till further orders realization of fine shall also remain stayed.
