Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Anuj Bajpai and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of the fact that he has not taken any Theka from respondent no.4, Nagar Palika Parisar, Shahjahanpur, notice has been issued to the petitioner for realizing some amount. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that neither he has taken any Theka nor he is liable to pay any money to respondent no.4. The petitioner states that he has made a representation dated 17.2.2007 to respondent no.2, District Magistrate,/ Collector, Shahjahanpur but the same has not been decided till date.
In these circumstances we direct respondent no.2 to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of fling of certified copy of this order.
Till the decision of the representation of the petitioner, no recovery action shall be taken against the petitioner
With these directions the writ petition is disposed of.
