Heard Sri Prakash Dwivedi learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

15 she-goats are said to have been looted and recovered from two persons including the applicant Chhotu @ Gaggu.

The applicant is in jail since 27.01.2007.  There is no criminal history of the accused. Therefore, having regard to these facts and without expressing any opinion on merit, the applicant may be granted bail now.

Let the applicant Chhotu @ Gaggu S/o  Shri Lalman Kol involved in Case Crime No. 25 of 2007, under Sections 394/411 I.P.C., P.S. Madihan, District Mirzapur be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned.
