Heard Sri R. P. Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that in all the five cases shown in the gang-chart, the applicant-accused has been granted bail and hence he should be enlarged on bail in this case also.
Having heard the parties counsel and keeping in view all the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merit, the applicant may also be granted bail in this case now.
Let the applicant Dinesh Verma @ Billu @ Maharaj S/o Shri Mahesh Verma involved in case crime No. 128 of 2006 under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster Act, P.S. Nauchandi, District Meerut be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
