Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the papers.

The applicant Har Prasad is uncle of main accused Chhatra Pal who is said to have kidnapped the prosecutrix. The applicant is not named in the FIR and his name has come into light during investigation. Some co-accused have been granted bail.

Hence having regard to all the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant may be granted bail in this case.

Let the applicant Har Prasad S/o Karan Singh involved in Case Crime No. 06 of 2007, under sections 363, 366 IPC, P.S. Arnia, District Bulandshahr be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs. 25000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the CJM concerned.
