Heard Sri Vijay Bahadur Shivhare, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the papers.

The applicant was not apprehended on the spot and is said to have fled away from the place of occurrence. It is case of no injury.  

Hence having regard to all the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant may be granted bail in this case.

Let the applicant Maksood S/o Makbool Ahmad involved in Case Crime No. 105 of 2007, under sections 147, 148, 149, and 307 IPC and under sections 136, 137 Electricity Act, P.S. Surerpur, District Hamirpur be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs. 25000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the CJM concerned.
