Heard Sri Anil Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the papers.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that Smt. Manju is an old lady, aged about 70 years.
Next submission is that false case has been concocted and vague allegations have been made.
Let the applicant Manju W/o Mitthan involved in Case Crime No. 21 of 2007, under sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 15 & 17 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1995 (Case No. 1109 of 2007), P.S. Kotwali, District Allahabad be released on bail on her executing a personal bond of Rs. 20000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the CJM concerned.
