Heard Sri Umesh Chandra Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the papers.

It is submitted that the applicant was not apprehended on the spot. Co-accused Mohd. Iklakh has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27.02.2007 passed in Bail Application No. 4054 of 2007. Hence the applicant should also be granted bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view all the facts, the applicant may be granted bail.

Let the applicant Mohd. Inam S/o Salam involved in Case Crime No. 14 of 2007, under sections 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act Section 11 of Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act, P.S. Bakewar, District  Etawah be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs. 15000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the CJM concerned.
