Heard Sri P.V. Singh, Sri P. K. Singh, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the papers.
The applicant-accused and co-acused Gyanendra are said to have demanded money as Holi expenses.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that false case has been concocted and the applicants have falsely been roped in this case. It is further submitted that the applicants are students and they have to appear in the examination.
Having heard the parties' counsel and keeping in view all the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion regarding the merit of the case, the applicants may be granted bail in this case.
Let the applicants Pawan Gupta @ Arvind Kumar Gupta S/o Late Sri Sadashiv, Tinkoo Gupta S/o Phool Chandra and Sanjay Gupta S/o Chedi Lal Gupta involved in Case Crime No. 41 of 2007, under Sections 452, 327, 387 of I.P.C., P.S. Attarra, District Banda be released on bail on their executing a personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned.
