Heard Sri Anupam Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the injury sustained by Raja Ram is not fatal to life. Next submission is that the applicant is in jail since 01.11.2006.
Having heard the parties' counsel and keeping in view all the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merit, bail may be granted to the applicant now.
Let the applicant Ram Bahore S/o Shri Jhabbu Lal involved in Case Crime No. 465 of 2006, under Section 307 I.P.C., P.S. Nigohi, District Shahjahanpur be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned.
