This is a writ petition for direction to respondents to permit  the small account holder and depositors to withdraw  their amount up to 1 lakh.

We have heard counsel for the petitioner  and Standing Counsel for the respondents.

Sri Vipin Shina counsel for the respondents states that this Bank has been merged  with Bank of  Baroda. The permission of withdraw has been granted. He also states that this writ petition has become infructuous.   In view of this the writ petition is  dismissed as infructuous.
