This application has been filed against the impugned order dated 29.1.2007 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Dehat in case No. C-13 of 2006 by which the learned Magistrate has rejected the final report, taken the cognizance and summoned the applicant to face the trial for the offence punishable under sections 498-A, 307 IPC and section 3/4 D.P. Act. From the perusal of the record it appears that there is no illegality or irregularities in the impugned order, therefore, the prayer for quashing the impugned order is refused.
After perusing the record and considering the nature of the allegations it is directed that in case the applicant appears before the court concerned within 30 days from today and applies for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of on the same day by the courts below and for 30 days from today no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicant
With this direction, the application is finally disposed of.
