This application has been filed with a prayer to recall the N.B.W. issued against the applicants in S.T. No. 64 of 2006 under sections 323, 325, 504, 506, 308, 304 IPC pending in the court of Special Judge, (D.A.A.), Jhansi. From the perusal of the record it appears that due to non appearance of the applicants the N.B.W. Has been issued, there is no illegality or irregularities in issuing the N.B.W, therefore, the prayer for quashing N.B.W. is refused.
After perusing the record and considering the nature of the allegations it is directed that in case the applicants appear before the court concerned within 30 days from today and apply for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously by the courts below and for 30 days from today no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants.
With this direction, the application is finally disposed of.
