Mohammad Shahid v. State Of U.P. & Others - WRIT - C No. 21358 of 2007 [2007] RD-AH 8162 (1 May 2007)
|
Hon'ble Dr. B.S. Chauhan, J.
Hon'ble Rajes Kumar, J
Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner had approached this Court by filing the present writ petition. Since observations were made in the earlier writ petition and it was directed to decide the representation. While deciding the representation, authorities came to the conclusion that he was entitled for making payment of marginal money as no fund was available with the respondent, the said marginal money could not be paid, as is evident from the order dated 18th October, 2005. The grievance of the petitioner is that the amount was made available to the respondent, but it has been disbursed without considering the claim of the petitioner and for this purpose he requested that direction be issued to the respondent to consider his claim for disbursement of the marginal money.
After hearing Sri J.A. Azmi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rajiv Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, we dispose of the writ petition requesting the respondent no.4 to consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders .
