Hon.Rajes Kumar, J.
Petitioners claimed that they are working as agent of the respondents and depositing the money on commission basis. By the impugned orders, business for the deposit of the money has been suspended on the ground that in pursuance of the complaint, enquiry is pending against the petitioners.
Heard Sri D.P.Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Dr. Ashok Nigam, Additional Solicitor General of India, assisted by Shri Shesh Mani Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the impugned orders are illegal. Since the enquiry is pending against the petitioners, we do not see any reason to interfere in the matter at this stage. However, learned counsel for the respondents has assured that the enquiry may be concluded expeditiously.
In view of the above, we direct the respondent to conclude the enquiry expeditiously.
With the aforesaid observation, writ petition stand disposed of.
