Vide order dated 16th April, 2007, the accused -respondent Pappu @ Pratap Narain has been sent back to the jail.

None appears on his behalf to argue the appeal.

Sri R.C. Srivastava, was his counsel then, but it is reported that he is no more.

The Superintendent, District Jail Mirzapur, is hereby directed to ensure the production of the accused-respondent before this Court on 15th May, 2007.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent, District Jail Mirzapur, through fax by tomorrow.
