Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The first prayer in this writ petition is for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to arrest the accused persons who have been named in the first information report lodged by the petitioner. The accused persons have not been impleaded as respondents in this writ petition.

The Rules of natural justice prohibit issue of such a mandamus without hearing the accused persons.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
