Four weeks' time is granted to file counter affidavit. The petitioner will have two weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit. List in third week of July, 2007.
Until further orders, the effect and operation of the impugned award dated 11.1.2007 in I.D. Case No.47 of 2004 passed by respondent No.1 shall remain stayed provided the petitioner comply with the provisions of Section 17-B of the I.D. Act, 1947 and reinstates the respondent-workman and pays him wages last drawn by him with effect from the date of award or continues to pay him wages last drawn by him with effect from the date of award every month regularly. The back wages awarded by the Labour Court shall also remain stayed.
