Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that it is alleged in the impugned FIR that the petitioner produced the forged High School certificate for getting admission in the intermediate. His further contention is that the allegations are false as the petitioner has passed intermediate examination in the year 1986.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in case the investigation into the case crime no. 69 of 2006 under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC PS Kotwali, Distt. Mainpuri has not been concluded, the same shall be concluded within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of the order and till then the arrest of the petitioner shall not be effected, provided he co-operates with the investigation.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
