Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.

This application has been filed with a prayer to dispose of the bail application of the applicants on the same day in case crime No. 170 of 2007 under sections 147, 148, 308, 324, 452, 504, 506 IPC and section 7 of Criminal Law amendment Act, P.S. Khuthan, District Jaunpur.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case it is directed that in case applicants appear before the courts below within 30 days from today and apply for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously by the courts below and for 30 days from today no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants.

With this direction, the application is finally disposed of.
