Hon. Ravindra Singh, J.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 26.7.1994 passed by C.J.M. Farrukhabad in case No. 7772 of 1994 P.S. Mau Darbaja, Farrukhabad whereby the learned Magistrate has rejected the final report, taken the cognizance and summoned the applicant to face the trial for the offence punishable under sections 302, 364 I.P.C. From the perusal of the record it appears that there is no illegality or irregularities in the impugned order, therefore, the prayer for quashing the impugned order is refused.
After perusing the record and considering the nature of the allegations it is directed that in case the applicant appears before the court concerned within 30 days from today and applies for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously by the courts below and for 30 days from today no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicant.
With this direction, the application is finally disposed of.
