Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed with a prayer that protest petition has been filed by the applicant in case crime no. 137 of 2007 under sections 498-A 304-B, 201 IPC and ¾ D.P. Act P.S. Kotwali, Auraiya. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that in the present case the F.I.R. has been registered under sections 498-A, 304-B, 201 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act but after registering the F.I.R. the I.O has taken no action against the accused person. When the applicant approached the S.S.P. and made a complaint against the I.O., the I.O. submitted the final report. Against that final report the applicant has filed protest petition dated 6.2.2006, the same is pending.
Considering the facts, circumstance of the case, submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. it is directed that protest petition dated 6.2.2006 shall be disposed of expeditiously within one month from the date of receiving of certified copy of this order.
With this direction this application is finally disposed of.
