Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
Co-accused, Devesh Kumar Singh alias Babloo, of this case has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 5.4.2007 passed in Crl. Misc. Bail Application no. 2540 of 1007. This fact that case of the present applicant is similar to that of the co-accused has not been disputed by the prosecution. Under these circumstances, I am of the view that the applicant deserves to be bailed out.
Let the applicant, Meraj Ahmad, be released on bail in the aforesaid case on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
