Learned A.G.A. is present for the State.

Heard the learned  A.G.A.  and perused the order passed by the Sessions Judge, Muzaffarnagar in Criminal Revision no. 6 of 1993 and other papers on the file of this revision.

The impugned order does not suffer from any illegality. The learned Sessions Judge  has properly allowed the revision  and has given cogent  reasons  in support of his view.

There is no force in this revision and it is hereby dismissed.
