Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed against the impugned order dated 4.12.2000 passed by A.C.J.M.-III, Kanpur Dehat in case No. 352 of 2000 (New No. 2884 of 2001) whereby the learned Magistrate has taken the cognizance and summoned the applicant to face the trial for the offence punishable under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC. And the order dated 14.3.2007 pased by learned Session Judge, Kanpur in criminal revision No. 171 of 2006 where by revision was dismissed. From the perusal of the record it appears that there is no illegality or irregularities in the impugned order, therefore, the prayer for quashing the impugned order is refused.
After perusing the record and considering the nature of the allegations it is directed that in case the applicant appears before the court concerned within 30 days from today and applies for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of on the same day by the courts below and for 30 days from today no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicant
With this direction, the application is finally disposed of.
