Heard counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel.

The only prayer pressed by the petitioner in this writ petition is that the direction be issued to the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Karyaktri.  Petitioner's case in the writ petition is that the selection was made for  Anganwari Karyaktri in which respondent no. 6 was selected. Further, the petitioner's case is that the respondent no. 6 has declined to accepted the post on her being appointed as  Shkisha Mitra.   Petitioner's case further is  that the petitioner is next in merit who was entitled to be appointed. The petitioner may submit a detailed representation to the respondent no. 5 giving all her facts and in case the said representation is submitted within two weeks  from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously preferably within a period of three months.

With the above observation the writ petition is disposed of.
